Q: How do we achieve our mission?
A: ACHIEVE A GREATER FOCUS ON OUR CUSTOMERS.
By focusing our daily activity outward to our Customers versus inward to our company, we will truly see what is considered Valuable by our Customers. When we achieve this focus, we can then deliver the highest Quality to our Customers.
REALIZE OUR EMPLOYEES ARE OUR GREATEST COMPANY ASSET.
Our People are our greatest asset. They are also part of our customer base. By developing an internal culture of respect for Our people, we develop a culture of respect for our Customers as well. The respect starts with empowering our employees to reach their full potential, by allowing and demanding accountability of each other as coworkers and by establishing a learning environment within the company by which all employees can gain knowledge and skills to reach their highest potential.
UTILIZE PROCESSES TO DELIVER VALUE TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
It is through discipline, focus and consistency of our operating processes that we will learn to deliver the highest value of products and services. We will utilize “Best Practices” and modern technology only when it will enhance our Delivered Quality to our customers. Q: Where will the most significant growth occur in the company in the next few years?
A: Capital’s most significant growth opportunity over the next several years will come from providing Our Customers, “Net-Zero” Energy Home Comfort systems which utilize Renewable energy sources. Imagine heating and cooling your home with Renewable energy while at the same time drastically lowering your utility expenses and eliminating CO2gas emissions into the atmosphere. The technology is out there today to do all this and it is becoming affordable for many home owners. The best part of the new technologies out there is, you can rid your home of any potential CO poisoning appliances, save money and be more comfortable, while doing your part to help the planet and future generations to come.
