The development will use geothermal heating and cooling, solar power, and wind power. This is the first certified NAHB Green Standards/ Eco- Friendly Development in Western New York. 10 ares or 50% of the entire development is dedicated to green space. All homes are Energy Star and homeowners will save 60%-100% of their utility bills. That means homeowners will save about $3,000-$4,000 each year on energy and utility bills. Some homes will even have little to no monthly energy bills.
